Our signature blend sources from four distinct coffee regions: Brazilian beans from Cerrado's established farms, Colombian beans from Huila and Cauca's smallholder cooperatives, Guatemalan beans from Antigua and Huehuetenango's volcanic highlands, and Ethiopian beans from Guji's traditional farming communities.

Altitude & Processing - [900-2,100 MASL (meters above sea level)]

This multi-origin blend combines beans from diverse altitudes and processing methods: Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for body and sweetness, Colombian beans (1,200-1,800m) fully washed for clean brightness, Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for balanced complexity, and Ethiopian beans (1,850-2,100m) washed for floral clarity. The varied processing methods create a harmonious cup with layers of chocolate, fruit, and brightness.
